Integrity?  Integrity and the basic belief that people are honest and fair makes it so the
unscrupulous individual promises he will take a mobile home apart for free.
He shows up, starts working, takes away the metal and then he's gone.

What's bad is, this "I'll Do It for Free Guy" has taken your problem and made it worse.   You see he has increased the cost for your demolition.  So using him ended up costing you more money.   You see mobile home demolition costs are always a little less because of the small amount of metal that is taken away and sold to a recycling company.    Partial demo and or No Metal ... demo costs more.
AND ... to make matters worse  .... most demo companies won't  EVEN TOUCH a partially demoed mobile home, or anything else, because of liability.	This gentleman experienced the FREE Guy.  See how disgusted he is. He called us all frantic because everybody he spoke to would not even talk to him about it.  He said that we, Texas Mobile Home Demolition, were the first ones that would talk to him ... and we offered to help.

For what?  You didn't pay him anything and he has  right to compensation
for the work he did and his compensation is the metal he's gotten.

(Free Guy with no insurance) could go from Free to the
land owner losing his property in many cases.

The Truth
It cost money for equipment, personnel, and insurance.
